This truck is a fully loaded FX4 (pretty much the lariat) the only option it doesn't have is the in dash Navigation unit it has a DVD playe. The truck does have a blown head gasket a small leak in the radiator, both batteries are dead and the A/C compressor is cracked and needs replaced. I have taken the truck to Ford on Wall ave to have them diagnose what is wrong with the truck and here is what they said
